BioSPATIAL : Biodiversity Characterisation at Lanscape Level

This application hosts the spatial data (MAPS) of the sites covered under the DOS-DBT project "Biodiversity Characterisation at Landscape Level Using GIS and Remote Sensing". The False Color Composite of all the sites have been uploaded and in addition, this application also uploads Vegetation Types, Fragmentation, Disturbance Regimes and Biological Richness of the Study Sites.

These maps are overlayed with relevant vector layers like State Boundary, District Boundary. etc. and also point maps of the  ground sampling plots. These layers can be queried for inherent information at any specific region on the map.
